You can find us in the Mohalla Gn Ganj area of Laheriasarai, which is in Darbhanga, Bihar. It is a lively part of the city with a lot of movement every day. Our office is right there among the local shops and houses. It is not a corporate building by any means. It is just where Ncc-Rkscpl handles its business. We have been here for a good stretch of time. The people around here know us by name. We don't do any big advertising or have a glossy brochure. Most of our work is just about being present and doing what needs to be done. The monsoon season makes the roads in Darbhanga a bit difficult, but we manage to keep things moving. Our team is made up of local folks who understand how things work in this part of Bihar. We have a simple setup with just the essentials. It gets a bit crowded with all the files sometimes, but it’s a working office. We don't try to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want a quiet corner to get our planning done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It is a very human way of working. We are proud to be a part of this community in Gn Ganj. It is where we belong and where we will stay for a while.
