Ncc Pvt Ltd is based here at Jugnu Manzil on Lane-3 in Sattar Colony. We are in the Bariatu area of Ranchi. The office is tucked away in a colony, which is actually quite nice because it stays away from the main road traffic. Jharkhand can have some pretty intense weather, but the building stays relatively cool. We have a decent amount of space here for our administrative tasks. It is a "C/O" address, so we share the premises, but we have our own dedicated section for the company work. We aren't big on decorations or anything corporate. It is mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of documents. We spend our time coordinating with different sites and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. Working in Ranchi has its challenges, like the occasional power cut, but we have our backups and we just carry on. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed among the staff, though we stay busy. We have been at this location for a while and it suits our needs perfectly. People coming to visit usually find us easily enough once they get into Lane-3. We just focus on our daily responsibilities and try to keep things organized. It is a simple, functional office for a team that prefers doing the work over talking about it. We appreciate the quiet nature of the colony and the way the day flows without too much noise.
