National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited

Our office for National Building Construction Corporation Limited is located at 1 B Shananda Apartment in Birsa Nagar, Ranchi. It’s a fairly quiet spot, which is nice when you need to concentrate on all the technical drawings and logistics that come with construction. We aren't some big, flashy operation with a lot of polish. We’re just a group of people who know how to build things. Most days are spent either on the phone with suppliers or out at the various sites we’re working on around Ranchi. The office itself is pretty basic, just some chairs and desks and a lot of coffee being drank. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or marketing talk because that doesn't get the buildings built. We just focus on the practical side of the job. It can be a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the monsoon season hits and turns everything into a muddy mess. But we’ve been through it many times before. We like being in Birsa Nagar; it’s a good community to be a part of. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We just show up, do our part, and head home at the end of the day. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far at Shananda Apartment.
