Narayan Shishu Vikas Charitable Foundation

Narayan Shishu Vikas Charitable Foundation is located at House No 35 in Deodanr. That is a small area in Poraiyahat, which is part of Godda here in Jharkhand. We’ve been set up here for a while now, just trying to help out with child development as the name says. The 814153 pincode is where our mail comes. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that, just a regular house where we get things done. Mostly we spend our days talking to people in the neighborhood and seeing what needs doing for the kids. The roads around Poraiyahat can be a bit dusty depending on the season, but it’s home for us. People know where House 35 is if they need to drop by. We don't have a big sign or a lot of staff, just a few of us working from this spot in Godda. It gets quiet in the evenings here, which is nice for planning the next day's work. We try to keep things simple because that’s what works for the families around here. If you are ever passing through Deodanr, you might see us around. We’ve lived in Jharkhand all our lives and this foundation is just our way of staying busy and helping the local community. It's not a big corporate thing, just local people trying to make things a little bit better for the shishu, or the children, in our own small way.
