Nagarjuna Construction Company has another spot in Kakinada, this one over in Kali Krishna Nagar. We’re located at D-No: 2-219, right near the SBH bank and the Gandhi Nagar Post office. B.T. Prasada Rao’s son is the one you’ll usually find here looking after the day-to-day business. It’s a good location because the post office and the bank are right there, so there’s always people moving about. Our office is a straightforward place, nothing fancy at all. We have a few desks, some old calendars on the walls, and a lot of project folders. We’ve been part of the Kakinada landscape for a while, and we’ve built up a decent reputation just by being consistent. We handle the usual construction stuff—houses, small commercial buildings, repairs, and things like that. The humidity in Kakinada can be a real pain for the workers, so we try to keep plenty of water on site and take breaks when needed. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India; we just want to do good work for the people in our neighborhood. Sometimes the supplies don't arrive on time, or the rain messes up the schedule, but we just roll with it. That’s how it goes in this industry.
