Our office is right there in Harmu Housing Colony in Ranchi, specifically at M-47, D.S., just opposite Balibagicha. It is a familiar spot for anyone who lives nearby. Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited has been operating from this building for some time now, and it’s a pretty busy little hub. We’ve got a lot of files and maps of the local area spread out because there is always a new project starting or an old one being finished up. The office isn't very large, so things can get a bit crowded when the site leads come in for their morning meetings. You’ll see plenty of mud on the floor from people’s boots and coffee stains on the desks. We don't really care much for appearances as long as the work gets done correctly and on time. Jharkhand weather can be a bit unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time checking the sky and adjusting our plans. The neighbors are used to seeing our trucks parked nearby and hearing us talk about concrete pours and labor shifts. It’s a practical environment where we focus on the physical side of building things. We handle the paperwork, take the calls, and make sure the materials arrive. It’s just how we spend our days, working hard and making sure everything is in its right place before we head home. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just a solid place to work.
