Our Ranchi office for Nagarjuna Construction Co.Ltd. is located at Shashi Vihar in the Bariatu area. We are set up c/o S.K. Das and Sanjeev Verma. Bariatu is a well-known part of Ranchi, and it’s a decent place to have an office. The atmosphere here is a bit different from the bigger cities, which we like. It’s a bit more relaxed, but the work is still steady. We handle a lot of the regional construction oversight from this building. The office itself is pretty simple. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We spend our days coordinating with site managers and making sure materials are arriving where they should. Ranchi has its own set of challenges, especially with the weather and local logistics, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls; it’s a practical workspace for people who know how to build things. We appreciate the local feel of the neighborhood. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re very much a part of the local community. When things get busy on a project, this office stays open late to get the reports finished. It’s just how we operate. There is always something to do, whether it's checking budgets or talking to the laborers on site. We just keep moving forward with whatever the daily work requires.
