Our office is at 61, Navin Mitra Road, in the Burdwan Compound area of Ranchi. It’s a pretty central location, which helps when we need to go out to our different sites. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We focus on building homes, so we talk to a lot of families. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a place with some desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come in, one of us will just look up from our work and talk to you. We spend a lot of time on the phone with plumbers, electricians, and painters. It takes a lot of people to finish a house, and things don't always go according to plan. Sometimes the rain in Ranchi stops everything for a few days, and we just have to wait it out. We don't use any slick marketing talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. Our desks are usually a mess of site photos and receipts. It shows that we are actually getting things done. We like being in Burdwan Compound because it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to build good houses that people can actually live in without any trouble.
