We’ve been here on Harmu Road in Ranchi for a good bit of time. Our place is right in front of the Shakti Petrol Pump, which makes it easy for people to find us. If you know Poddar Bagan, you know where we are. Dealing with sales and marketing means we’re always on our toes. The traffic on Harmu Road can be a bit much in the evenings, but we’re used to it. The office is named after Hariram Banwari Lal Choudhary. It’s a family kind of atmosphere here. We sit around, drink tea, and talk about the day's targets. Ranchi has changed a lot, but this area still feels like home. We don't have those fancy glass partitions you see in big cities. It's just desks and chairs and a lot of registers. Some days are slow, especially when it’s raining hard outside and nobody wants to come out. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing. We try to keep track of everything, but sometimes the paperwork piles up. Our staff is local, so we speak the same language as our customers. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and go home to our families. It’s about being there at the shop every morning and seeing who walks through the door. If you ever stop by, we usually have a pot of tea going and we’re happy to have a chat.
