Our office is tucked away in New Colony over in Deepa Toli. Ranchi has been growing so fast lately, and being right here in the middle of it keeps us on our toes. M/S Durga Developers Pvt. Ltd. isn't some giant conglomerate with glass buildings. We’re just a local team working out of this neighborhood. Most of the time, our boots are muddy because we’re out at the sites instead of sitting behind a desk. We’ve been part of this community for a good bit now. Some days it’s just chaos with the phones ringing and contractors coming in to talk about supplies. Deepa Toli is a good spot for us because it’s easy for people to find once they know the landmarks. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick around here. People know we’re straightforward. If a wall needs building or a plan needs drawing, we just get to it. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes we run into delays with the weather or materials, but that’s just how development goes in this city. We like the work though. Seeing a project finally finished after months of sweat is a good feeling. We’re just regular folks trying to do right by the people who hire us. If you’re ever near the colony, you’ll see our sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun but it’s still there.
