We are based out of Morabadi. It’s a nice area, and we’ve been working from here for a good while now. Mahto Interiors Pvt. Ltd. isn't a big showroom with bright lights and expensive furniture on display. Most of our work happens on-site at other people's houses or offices. Here at our base, it’s mostly just where we keep our tools, some wood samples, and the drawing board. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and measuring things out. It’s a lot of manual work and getting our hands dirty with sawdust. Sometimes the office is empty because we are all out working on a project somewhere else in the city. When we are here, we’re usually planning the next job or talking to the suppliers on the phone. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing carpentry and interior work for many years. We’ve seen a lot of different styles come and go over time. Our space is functional, with piles of laminates and catalogs everywhere. We don't really do the whole sales pitch thing. We just show people what can be done and let the finished work speak for itself. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s worked for us so far. We just like building things and seeing a room come together at the end of a long day.
