Moden Contacting

You can find us at Bariatu Jora Talab, which is right near Qaisar Colony in Ranchi. Moden Contacting is a pretty small operation. We handle various local contracting jobs around the city and the nearby areas in Jharkhand. It is not a big company with a fleet of trucks or a huge office building. We have a small place where we keep our tools and meet with people who need work done. Most of our work is about fixing things up or doing small construction projects for folks in the local neighborhood. Ranchi is growing fast these days, so there is always someone needing a wall built or a roof repaired. We aren't perfect people; sometimes the weather stops us from working for days at a time, especially when the monsoon hits hard and turns everything to mud. We just take things one day at a time. Our office is near the pond, so it is usually easy to give directions to anyone coming to visit. We don't spend much money on advertising our services. Most people find us because they saw us working on a house nearby or they heard about us from a neighbor who was happy enough with what we did. We aren't polished talkers or salesmen. We just tell people what it is going to cost and how long it will likely take, and then we try our best to get it finished. It is just a practical way to run a small business.
