Down here on Bariatu Road, things are pretty straightforward. We are right in front of the P.H.E.D Colony. Most people just tell the rickshaw drivers to head near Booty More. It's a busy part of town, especially during the rush hours. The hospital stays busy because of where it sits. Working here means dealing with a lot of dust from the road and the constant noise of Ranchi traffic. It’s not some polished office; it’s a place where work actually happens. We have the P.H.E.D Colony right there, so we see a lot of people from that neighborhood. Some days the lobby is packed, and other days it’s just the regulars coming for their usual stuff. We don’t put on any acts. The staff is just local people trying to help out. Sometimes the tea stall nearby is the only thing keeping us going during a long shift. You get used to the sounds of the sirens and the calling out of names. The building itself has seen a lot of use. It’s a practical setup. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just open the gates, handle the registrations, and make sure the doctors have what they need. It’s a lot of walking back and forth through the corridors. Bariatu Road is always moving, and so are we. It is just a part of the life here.
