Mecon Limited,Ranchi

We've been here in Doranda for quite a while now. Most people know the office near Pt & D area. It's just a busy place where we handle a lot of technical work and project stuff for the area. Ranchi is home, and being in the 02 pin code means we're right in the middle of things. The building has seen many faces over the years. Some of us have been here since we were young, watching the city change outside our windows. We don't really do fancy talk, just come in, do the job, and head home. There's always a stack of papers or some drawings lying around. Sometimes the tea man comes around twice if it's a long day. We mostly focus on power and distribution things, though it gets complicated. It's not always quiet here, especially when a big deadline is looming and everyone is trying to get their part done. We know the local roads well and how the weather gets in Jharkhand. It’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. People come to us when they need things figured out properly without a lot of fuss. It’s a solid place to work, even if the fans get a bit noisy in the summer. We just keep at it, day after day, making sure the work is solid before we lock up the doors.
