Manoj General Store

Manoj General Store is situated right on Ratu Road in the Hehal part of Ranchi. We are very close to the Gurudwara and the Piska More Chowk, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. The address is 834005 and it stays busy from morning till night. We have a lot of items piled up on the floor because the shelves are already full. We spend our day helping people find what they need. It is a simple job but it keeps us on our feet. The Gurudwara nearby means we see a lot of people walking to and from their prayers. We have a small counter where we handle the cash and talk to customers. Sometimes the traffic at Piska More Chowk gets backed up right in front of our door. We don't have a polished look to the store. It is just a practical place with a lot of stuff. We keep the doors open to let in a breeze, even if it brings in the exhaust from the cars. Manoj General Store is just a family-run spot. We know where every single item is, even the small things hidden in the back. Ranchi is a fast city, but we just stay here in Hehal and do our daily tasks. It is just a regular shop for regular people. We don't overthink things here. The ceiling fan is old and makes a clicking sound but it works well enough. We keep the ledger books on a shelf near the phone.
