We’ve been working out of the Blue Diamond Marketing Complex here in Hesag for a while now. It’s a busy spot near Hatia and mostly we just spend our days dealing with various property papers and talking to people who walk into the office. Sandhya handles a lot of the coordination from flat 113A. It isn't a huge operation or anything fancy. Usually, we are just busy checking on different sites or making sure the documentation is sorted out correctly because that part always takes forever. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs gets more of our time than we’d like to admit, but that’s how it goes when you’re waiting on phone calls. The building gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when the market is full of people. We keep ourselves busy with the local real estate stuff around Ranchi. It’s mostly just us three or four people trying to keep track of who is buying what and where the boundaries actually are on some of these plots. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see if anything new has come up in the neighborhood. We don't have any big speeches to give. We just open the office in the morning, check the files, and head out if someone needs to see a property. It's a lot of walking and driving around Hatia and Hesag mostly. The weather has been a bit rough lately with the heat, so we stay inside more often now.
