We are based in Ranchi, specifically in the Argora Housing Colony. Our workspace is at Kunj Bihar, which is the residence of Santosh Kumar Choudhary. Being in a housing colony means it is a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a commercial market. We handle the logistics work for Mahindra from this spot. It is a straightforward setup with desks and some chairs for when drivers come by to drop off papers. Ranchi has its own pace, and we fit right into it. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking the latest shipment statuses on the computer screen. It is not a fancy office by any means. There are usually files stacked up on the corner of the desks. We have a small group of people who know the local routes around Jharkhand very well. Sometimes the rainy season makes things a bit messy for the trucks, but we keep the operations going from here. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything. We just focus on the task at hand. If you come by, you might hear the usual neighborhood sounds like kids playing or people talking nearby. It is just a home-based office where we manage the logistics day by day. We try to keep everything organized and make sure the paperwork is in order for the next set of trucks moving through.
