Grand Star

We’re situated in New Lok Vihar, over in the Lohra Kochha area of Lalpur. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stand, but not too hard to find. We’ve been operating from this building for several years. It’s a simple setup where we handle various local needs. The space is used for storing goods and meeting with people who come by. We don't have a big sign out front, just the name near the door. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s usually quiet except for the kids playing outside in the evenings. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. Our office is just a plain room with some desks and a couple of filing cabinets. We don't use any fancy software, just basic ledgers and a computer that has seen a lot of use. It gets the job done though. People from around Lalpur know they can find us here most days of the week. We don't do much in the way of marketing or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing who we are and what we do. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a relaxed way of doing things, but we make sure the work gets handled. It’s just us running the place, keeping things simple and practical for everyone involved.
