Leighton

Leighton has its office at Neelam Palace on Hill View Road. This is in the Bariatu area of Ranchi, Jharkhand. The address also mentions Abu Dhabi UAE, which is a bit of a jump, but our daily reality is right here in Ranchi. Neelam Palace is a familiar building in the neighborhood. Hill View Road is usually quite busy with people heading towards the hospitals or schools nearby. Our space inside isn't very big. It's just a regular office setup with some chairs and a few computers. We have windows that look out towards the road, and you can see the hills in the distance on a clear day, which is where the road gets its name. It’s a pretty straightforward place to work. We don't have a canteen or anything like that, so we usually go out to the local stalls for snacks or tea. The team here is small, and we’ve known each other for a long time. We handle things for Leighton from this little corner of Jharkhand. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have piles of papers and folders everywhere, and the phone rings more than we’d like. But it’s our home base. We just show up, do what is required, and keep things moving without making a big deal out of it. It’s just a normal day at Neelam Palace for us.
