Laxmi Store

Laxmi Store is right in the middle of Gudri Market in Ranchi. If you know the market, you know it can be a very loud and crowded place. We fit right in with the rest of the stalls and shops. Our address is 834002, but most people just find us by walking through the lanes. We sell a variety of things, mostly what people need for their houses. Since we are in a market, there is always something going on outside our door. It’s never a dull moment. We have a lot of competition around us, but we’ve been here long enough that people know where we are. The shop is quite narrow, so we have to stack things high up towards the ceiling. You might need help reaching the top shelf. We don't use any fancy technology here. We write things down in a notebook and use a simple calculator. It’s worked for us for years. The floor is made of old stone and it’s seen a lot of feet walk over it. We get fresh supplies delivered a few times a week. It’s a bit of a struggle to get the crates through the market crowds, but we manage. We aren't looking to expand or become a big chain.
