Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

We have been setting up here in Ranchi at the Lower Pee-Pee Compound for a while now. It’s right near Nala Road, which gets quite busy in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. My desk is near the window so I see the rickshaws go by all day. Hindipiri is a lively spot. We mostly just focus on getting our tasks done and making sure everything runs okay in the office. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where we drink too much tea and handle the paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or use the backup. People stop by often asking for directions because they get lost in the compound lanes. We don't mind. It feels like a small community here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless it rains hard. When the monsoon hits, Nala Road gets a bit messy, but that is just part of living in Ranchi. We have been Larsen & Toubro Ltd. at this spot for years. It’s funny how you get used to the noise of the street after a few weeks. The staff here is mostly local people from around the neighborhood. We just try to keep things moving along without much fuss. It isn't anything special to look at, but it is where we spend most of our time. We keep the files organized and try to stay on top of the schedule. That is pretty much us.
