Krishna General Store

We are over here in Pandra, Ranchi, right near Ravi Steel. It's a pretty busy spot with trucks and folks coming and going all day. Krishna General Store has been around for a bit now, just trying to keep the shelves full of what people need. We have the usual stuff like dal, rice, and different kinds of soaps. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the jars. It's not a fancy place, just a regular shop where you can grab a pack of biscuits or some cooking oil on your way home. We open up pretty early because that's when the milk arrives and people start heading to work. My family helps out with the stock. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit cluttered when a new delivery comes in. Ranchi weather can be a bit much, especially in the summer, but the shop stays cool enough. We know most of the people who stop by by their first names. If we don't have something, we usually tell them to check back in a couple of days. It’s a simple way to make a living, really. Nothing too complicated about it. We just sit here, talk to the neighbors, and sell what's on the shelves. Most days go by pretty fast because there is always something to count or move around. That's just how it is at our store.
