We are Koncrete Konnection And Realtors. You can find us at House Number 246 on H B Road in Ranchi. We are right near Bharti Hospital in the Kokar area. It is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise coming in from the street. We have been here for a while, just doing our thing with real estate and construction matters. The office is not anything special to look at. We have got our desks, some maps, and a few chairs for visitors. Being near the hospital means people are always passing by outside. Ranchi has changed a lot lately, and Kokar seems to be getting more crowded every single year. We just try to keep up with all the new buildings and the people moving into the neighborhood. We do not have a big team of sales people in suits. Usually, it is just a couple of us handling everything from start to finish. It is honest work, even if it gets a bit stressful when the paperwork starts to pile up on the desks. We do not try to sound like we are some huge national firm. We are just a local outfit on HB Road. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. If someone needs a hand with property, they just stop by. We give them the time of day and see what we can do for them. That is about it for our little office.
