Kashyap Memorial Eye Hospital

If you’re heading down Purulia Road, you’ll come across Kashyap Memorial Eye Hospital. It’s a well-known spot in this part of town. People come here for all sorts of eye issues, from needing new glasses to more serious stuff. I’ve noticed that Mondays are always the busiest for some reason. The waiting room gets full early on. It’s not a super modern building with lots of gadgets in the lobby, but we have what we need to help folks see better. Purulia Road is a main stretch, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside, but it’s quieter once you get into the back rooms where the exams happen. We see a lot of older people who have trouble getting around, so we try to make things easy for them. The staff here has been around for years, so we all know the routine pretty well. It’s not a flashy job, but it feels good when someone walks out seeing a bit clearer than when they came in. We don't spend money on big billboards or anything. Most people know we are here just by word of mouth or because they’ve lived in the area forever. It’s just a dedicated eye hospital on a busy road, doing the same work day after day. We keep the doors open and wait for the first patient to arrive, no matter what the weather is like outside.
