Qwizardry International

Our office is tucked away in A-3 Laxmi Ganesh Apartment on Kanke Road here in Ranchi. It’s a regular apartment building, so it doesn’t feel like a cold corporate space at all. We have our desks set up and some shelves for our books and papers. Qwizardry International is a bit of a strange name, we know, but it stuck after a while. Most of the time we’re just sitting at our computers or talking through ideas for the projects we’re handling. Kanke Road is usually quite busy, so there’s always a bit of street noise drifting up, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s a comfortable place to work from. We aren’t a huge team with hundreds of employees, just a few of us trying to make things work every day. Sometimes we have visitors, and we usually just sit around the table in the main room. It’s a very informal setup. We don’t wear suits or have strict lunch hours. If the work is done, it’s done. We like being in this part of Ranchi because everything is close by, which makes it easy to grab a snack or run an errand. The apartment life suits us better than a big glass building. It feels more like a home-grown effort. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving forward without making it too complicated. It’s just how we operate, doing our thing from a quiet room on Kanke Road.
