K Pandeya & Co

You’ll find K Pandeya & Co in room 208 of the Ratan Lal Commercial Complex. We are on the second floor, right at the corner where Main Road and Ratu Road meet. This is one of the busiest spots in all of Ranchi, so there is always noise and movement outside the window. We have been in this same building for quite many years. The office is packed with the usual stuff—old cupboards, a couple of computers, and enough chairs for anyone who comes to see us. It is not a fancy place at all, just a normal office where we sit and go through our daily tasks. The hallways outside are usually busy with people heading to the other businesses in the complex. We often leave the door open just to let some air move through the rooms. Our routine is pretty consistent; we get in, check what has arrived, and start on the folders that need attention. There is a lot of talking and sorting things out over tea. We don't have any corporate posters or branding, just a few calendars on the wall. It’s a comfortable enough spot to get through the work week. Most people find us through word of mouth or by spotting our name on the building directory. It’s a solid old building and we’re happy to be here.
