Our office is at E-35 in Ashok Vihar, Ranchi. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood in Jharkhand, which is nice because we don't have to deal with the heavy city traffic every day. The building is just a regular house that we've turned into an office space for Jswsteelltd. You wouldn't even know it was a steel business from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us working at our computers and talking to suppliers. We don't have a reception area or any shiny signs on the walls. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple and keeps the costs down too. Most of our day is spent coordinating logistics and making sure the steel gets to where it needs to go. Ranchi has a pretty relaxed vibe, and we try to match that. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, but we just take it in stride and wait for it to come back. We've known each other for years, so the atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't have any formal meetings or big speeches about the future. We just focus on the orders we have for today and the ones coming in tomorrow. It is a straightforward way to work, and it suits us just fine. We aren't looking to expand into a massive skyscraper. We are happy right here in Ashok Vihar, doing our work and going home to our families at a decent hour.
