J Jaipuriar & Co is based right here in Prem Niwas, which is a familiar spot for many of us in Ranchi. We have been in this area for quite some time, and the building itself has a bit of history to it. It is not like those new office blocks you see popping up everywhere. It feels more like a home, which I think makes people feel a bit more relaxed when they come by. Ranchi has changed a lot over the years, but this corner of town stays pretty much the same. We spend our days mostly handling the usual business stuff that comes our way. There is always a stack of files on the desk and someone calling about something or the other. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing here because it just doesn't fit who we are. It is more about getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. The rooms in Prem Niwas are a bit small and sometimes it gets a little crowded when everyone is in at once, but we manage just fine. We have our routines, like the tea break in the afternoon and the quick chats about what is happening in the city. It is a humble setup, really. We are just local people working in a local office, trying to keep things moving forward one day at a time without overcomplicating everything.
