Our office is located in Macherla, which is over in the Guntur district. We are situated right by the Old Railway Track on Sri Silam Road. The place is connected with U. Venkateswarlu. It is a fairly busy area with the main road and the old tracks nearby, which actually fits the kind of infrastructure work we do every day. In a place like Macherla, the weather can get quite tough and hot, especially when our team is out on the project sites for hours, but the office provides a decent base for us to regroup and grab some water. It is definitely not a polished or shiny corporate environment. It is more of a functional, rugged space where we keep all our tools, maps, and project logs. We don't really have a big sign or any bright lights outside. Most people find their way to us because they already know the area well or are specifically looking for the old railway track. The team we have here is mostly made up of local guys who know the roads and the difficult terrain around Guntur better than anyone else. We spend our days coordinating the different projects and making sure that everything is moving along as it should. It is a very simple and basic operation. We don't have fancy furniture or a modern coffee machine. We usually just send someone to get tea from the local shop down the street. It’s just a practical place for real work.
