INSIGHT SPROUT LLP

We are located at House Number 910 in the New River View Colony, over in the Jojo Basa area of Ranchi. It is a nice part of town, relatively quiet compared to the main city center. Our office is basically a house that we converted into a workspace. It gives the whole place a very lived-in and comfortable feel. We have different rooms for different tasks, and we usually keep the windows open to let the air in. You can see the colony streets from the front porch, and sometimes you can hear kids playing or neighbors chatting. We spend our time working on various projects, mostly sitting around a large table in what used to be the dining room. It is a simple setup with our laptops and a few power strips running across the floor. We don't have a big staff, just a handful of us who show up every day to put in the work. We make our own coffee in the kitchen and sometimes we cook lunch there too if we don't feel like going out. It feels more like a home than a workplace, which is how we like it. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when we are busy with a lot of deadlines. It’s just a group of people doing their thing in a quiet corner of Ranchi, trying to make things grow.
