We started Inset Institute Of Engineering And Technology here on Kalisthan Road quite some time ago. If you go behind the Lower Bazar Thana, you will find our building. It isn’t some fancy glass tower, just a place where we get things done and help folks learn. Most days are pretty busy with people coming in to deal with technical stuff. We have these old desks and some computers that have seen better days, but they work fine for what we do. The noise from the market nearby usually drifts in during the afternoons. It is mostly just us trying to help people understand engineering concepts without making it too complicated. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit around talking until it comes back on. That is just how it is around here. We handle a lot of the paperwork ourselves and keep the classes running as best as we can. It is a lot of manual work, honestly. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the shop open and teaching the basics to whoever walks in. The street outside gets really crowded during festivals, which makes getting to the door a bit of a challenge. We have been in this spot for a while now and know most of the shopkeepers around. It is a decent place to work. We spend a lot of time fixing the machines and making sure there is enough chalk or markers for the day. Nothing too glamorous, just a regular technical institute doing its thing.
