We are located at Basant Kumar Prasad’s house, number 1440/E, in Lowadih. It’s down Lane 1 on Lichi Bagan Road in Namkum. If you’re coming from the main part of Ranchi, it takes a little bit of time to get here. We aren't a big design agency with a fancy studio. We just have a couple of rooms where we do our design work. It’s often a bit messy with papers and sketches all over the tables. We like it that way because it shows we are actually working. We don't have a "corporate culture" or anything like that. We are just a group of people who enjoy making things and figuring out how they should look. Sometimes the power goes out in Namkum, and we have to stop what we’re doing and wait for it to come back on. We usually just use that time to talk about the next project or grab something to eat. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Jharkhand. We just want to do good work that makes sense. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If a design is good, it’s good. If it’s not, we start over. It’s a very simple way of doing things. People who come to see us usually just sit in the kitchen area. It’s all very informal and relaxed here.
