We take our time to get things right. Most of the people we work with are locals, so there’s a lot of trust involved. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s the kind of work that doesn't get a lot of glory, but it's important for keeping the products moving through Jharkhand. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. It’s a comfortable spot and we know the rhythms of the colony. We just show up, do our bit for the company, and go home. That's the long and short of it.
