We’ve been here at Chadni Chowk on the Main Road in Hatia for a while now. Most people around Ranchi know the spot because it’s a busy corner. It’s just a regular pharmacy where we keep all the basic medicines people need for their daily lives. If you walk down the main road, you can't miss the small shop front. We try to keep the shelves stocked with everything from cough syrups to specialized tablets so nobody has to go too far for their prescriptions. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the traffic is heavy outside, but we manage just fine behind the glass. My staff knows most of the neighbors by name since they’ve been coming here for years. We aren't a big fancy chain with bright lights, just Harsh Medicals. We focus on getting the right stuff to whoever walks in with a slip. It’s a simple setup. We deal with daily health needs, vitamins, and some first aid things like bandages. Usually, we are open early in the morning until fairly late at night. The shop is a bit cramped but organized enough that we can find things. We spend most of our time checking expiry dates and talking to folks about what they need. Ranchi weather can be tricky, so we stock up on seasonal stuff when the rains come. If you are in the Hatia area, we are right there. No big signs or anything, just a local shop doing its thing every day.
