You will find us in Chapu Toli, over in the Argora section of Ranchi. We are quite close to Lala Lajpat Rai School, so we see a lot of students and teachers passing by every afternoon when the bells ring. It is a nice area, mostly residential, which means we get to know our customers pretty well. The shop is a simple setup with rows of medicines and a small desk where we handle the accounts. We don't have a big corporate structure; it is just a few of us making sure things run right. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to use the back-up lights, but that is just part of living in this part of town. We focus on keeping the shelves stocked with the basics that everyone needs. It isn't a glamorous job, but it feels important to be here for the people in Chapu Toli. We spend our time checking expiry dates, talking to delivery drivers, and helping people find the right items. The pace is usually steady, though it picks up on the weekends. We have been in this spot for a while, and the neighborhood feels like home. There is no need for big speeches or fancy slogans. We are just a local medical shop trying to do a decent job for the people around us.
