Sam's Baking World

Sam's Baking World is just a small spot at Haidery House Main Road. Most days it is pretty busy here with the ovens going early in the morning. We started this because we like making things people actually want to eat every day. It is not a fancy place or anything. You can usually smell the bread from outside on the sidewalk. Some days the cakes come out perfect and other days we are just rushing to keep up with everyone stopping by on their way home. We do a lot of different stuff, from basic loaves to birthday cakes if someone asks. The kitchen is kind of small but we make it work. It gets hot in there, especially in the afternoons. Most people around Haidery House know where we are because of the sign. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the dough. It is hard work, getting the flour everywhere and staying on your feet all day. Sometimes we run out of things early if it is a holiday. We try to keep the shelves full but it depends on how much we can bake in one go. If you are walking down the main road, you will see us there. Nothing too complicated, just a local bakery trying to do things right for the neighborhood. We have been here a while now and know most of the faces that come through the door.
