Our office is located in Doranda, Ranchi, specifically at South Office Para. You can find us right opposite VXL Computers, which is a well-known landmark. Mr. Ashish Kr. Banerjee is the one who keeps things organized here and makes sure everything runs. The area has a bit of an old-school feel to it, which we actually like quite a bit. We handle the Greenply business from this small corner of the city. It is not a high-tech facility with new gadgets. We use simple desks and have a lot of physical files because that’s how we’ve always done it here. The smell of the nearby tea shops and the sound of the local market are part of our daily life. We spend a lot of time checking the thickness of the boards and making sure the stamps on the wood are clear for the customers. It is repetitive work, but it needs to be done right every time. People stop by to ask for Mr. Banerjee or to check on the status of their orders. We don't have a scripted way of talking to them. We just have a chat and tell them what’s going on with their wood. Sometimes the heavy rain in Ranchi slows things down, but we just adjust our schedule and keep going. It is a low-key operation where everyone knows their role. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local branch that gets the job done.
