Gmmco Limited

You can find us at Flat No. 202 in the Umashanti Apartment on Kanke Road. We are right by the Ranchi University post office. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside the window. Being Gmmco Limited, we are the ones people call when they need help with big power systems or construction machinery. This office is where we handle the Ranchi side of things. It’s not a huge space, but it’s got enough room for our desks and the technical books we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with technicians and customers. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together. It’s a good way to catch up on things. Sometimes the power goes out in the building, but we just wait it out and get back to work once it’s on. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the equipment we are responsible for is working right. It’s a straightforward job and we like the people we work with. Jharkhand is a big area to cover, so we stay pretty active throughout the week, even on the hot days when everyone is slow.
