Food & Juice Centre

Ranchi can be a busy place, especially around H. B. Road. Our Food & Juice Centre is located right there, near the Axis Bank. It’s a good spot because people walking to the bank or working nearby often get thirsty. We spend a lot of time peeling fruit and cleaning up the counter. It’s not a large place, just enough room for the machines and some fruit crates. When the afternoon sun hits, the place gets quite warm, so the cold juice is what keeps us going. Most of our regulars are people who work in the offices around here. They stop by for a quick drink and a chat about the news or the traffic. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and we know the rhythms of the street. The noise from the traffic on H. B. Road never really stops, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't try to be anything fancy. It's just fresh fruit and some simple snacks. Sometimes the blender is loud and makes it hard to hear, but we manage. We keep the stools out for people to sit for a minute if they aren't in a hurry. It's just a regular Ranchi day for us, squeezing oranges and serving the local crowd. Sometimes we run out of ice, and we have to wait for the delivery guy, but that's life.
