Fastrack Store

If you are walking down Main Road in Ranchi, you will see the Jd High Street Mall right across from the Gel Church Complex. That is where we are located. It is a busy part of town with a lot of cars and people always rushing somewhere. Inside the mall, things are a bit quieter but still active. We spend our day keeping the glass cases clean and making sure the watches and bags are lined up right. It is a small space, but it keeps us busy. Church Road is usually packed on the weekends, so we see a lot of different faces coming through the doors. Some people are just killing time while they wait for a movie or a friend, and others know exactly what they want. We don't do much talking unless someone asks a question. Most of the time, it is just about being there and keeping the shop looking decent. The mall lights are bright and there is always music playing from the other stores nearby. It is a very different vibe from the shops out on the street. We’ve been here for a bit now and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the mall life. Sometimes it gets a bit repetitive, but the people watching is always interesting. We just focus on showing up every day and making sure the shop stays open for whoever happens to wander in.
