Our little corner for Electrosteel Castings Limited is located in Madhusudan Colony. We operate out of Rajgangpur in the Sundergarh district, which is a bit of a quiet area compared to the big cities. You have to look for Mr. Rabindranath Sahoo’s place to find where we are based. It’s a local setup, nothing like those massive corporate towers you see in magazines. We handle the paperwork and the logistics for the castings coming through this part of Orissa. It gets pretty warm out here in the 770 017 area, so we keep the fans running and just focus on the task at hand. There isn’t much to look at if you’re just passing by, but there is always a lot going on inside. We deal with various metal casting requirements and try to keep things organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Most of us who work here have been in the trade for years, so we don't need much instruction. We just know what needs doing when the morning starts. It’s a simple way to earn a living, making sure the industrial supplies get where they are supposed to be. We don’t use big words or make promises we can't keep. We just show up and do the work. It’s been this way for a long time, and we don't see any reason to change it now that things are moving along steadily.
