You can find Ekeekaran Ventures Private Limited at Flat No. 307 in Block 1. We are situated right on Ratu Road in Ranchi, which is a very busy part of town. There is always a lot of shouting and horns honking outside on the main road. Our office is inside a residential block, so once you get past the main gate and head up to the third floor, it gets a lot quieter. The flat itself isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit in everything we need to run a private limited company. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some fresh air and look at the traffic below. Ratu Road is a main part of town where everyone goes for things, so everything we need is right within walking distance. Jharkhand can be quite hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day long. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of fancy furniture. It’s just a few of us working together in this flat. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat our lunch. Most of our day is spent at our desks, typing away and talking on the phone. It’s a simple way to do business. We’ve been in Block 1 for a while now and we know the security guards and the other neighbors.
