It is a sturdy old building with thick walls that stay relatively cool even when the sun is beating down outside. We’ve got a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and cupboards full of old records. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is nice when we need to focus on figures or planning. We’ve been here in Ranchi for a long time, and most of the people working here are locals who live nearby. We don't have anything like a reception desk or a waiting room. People just walk in, and we talk over a cup of tea. It is a very relaxed environment, but we get a lot of work done. The power can be a bit unreliable at times, so we have a backup system to keep the computers running. It is not a flashy setup at all, just a practical place for us to manage our business affairs in this part of Jharkhand. We just keep things moving day by day.
