Dr. Lalit Kongari S Ent Clinic

We are located on the first floor of SPG Mart, right at Bahubazar Chowk. Being in a mart means there’s always people moving around downstairs, which makes the building feel very alive. You have to come up the stairs to find us. Once you’re on the first floor, the noise from the chowk fades a little, but you can still hear the buses shifting gears outside. The clinic is dedicated to ENT issues, so we have a lot of specialized bits and pieces laying around—small scopes, ear lights, and various charts on the walls showing the inside of the throat and nose. The rooms are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other when we’re busy. There is a window in my consulting room that gives a decent view of the traffic at Bahubazar Chowk. I catch myself looking out at the motorcycles sometimes when I have a break. We have a receptionist who handles the files, which are all stacked up in those big plastic organizers. The floor is that grey speckled stone that you see in a lot of older buildings. It stays cool even when it’s boiling outside. We don’t do anything fancy here. We just look at ears, noses, and throats all day long. Some days we stay late if there’s a crowd, and other days we get to head home while the sun is still up. It’s just the usual routine.
