Devkamal Hospital

Devkamal Hospital is located at 419 b on road no 4c in Ashoknagar. It is one of those streets that feels like it has been there forever. The hospital is a busy place, but we try to keep a bit of a calm atmosphere inside if we can. The building has a few floors, and we are constantly going up and down the stairs because the elevator can be a bit slow sometimes. It is just one of those quirks of the place. We have a lot of windows that look out onto the street, so we can see the traffic and the people walking by throughout the day. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for years and some newer faces too. We usually have our lunch together in a small room in the back where it is a bit quieter. There is always a lot of cleaning to do, so you will often see someone with a mop or a cloth making sure things stay tidy. It is not a shiny new facility, but it is sturdy and it serves the people around Ashoknagar just fine. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks, like checking on patients and making sure the supplies are stocked up. It is a lot of hard work, but we are used to it by now. It is just our life here.
