Design Oriented Techniques

Our place is called Design Oriented Techniques, and you can find us at 303 Urmila Apartment on the 3rd floor. We are located on Udhav Babu Lane in the Tharpakhna area of Ranchi. We’re right near St. Anne’s School, so the lane gets pretty busy when school starts and ends. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of distance from the street level activity. The office is basically where we hunker down and work on all the technical side of things. It’s an apartment-style office, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold commercial building. Our zip code is 834001. We don't go in for fancy talk or trying to impress people with big words. We just look at the designs and figure out the best techniques to use. It’s a lot of sitting at desks, drinking chai, and working through problems. The space is filled with the usual stuff—computers, printers, and a lot of folders. Tharpakhna is a central part of Ranchi, so it’s easy for us to get around to different sites from here. We’ve been at this address for some time, and we’re quite used to the school bells and the local traffic. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of office. We just focus on the work, keep our heads down, and try to be useful to our clients. It’s not about being fancy; it’s about getting the job done right here.
