Our restaurant is situated right on Kanke Road in Ranchi. If you know where Vidyapathi Nagar is, we are just directly across from there. The 834008 area is usually pretty active, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the building has seen a lot of people come and go over the years. Inside, it’s pretty straightforward. We have the kitchen in the back and the seating area up front where we can see the road. The staff is a mix of older guys who have been cooking for years and some newer faces helping out with the service. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything that feels too formal or stiff. It’s more of a place where you can just sit down and eat without feeling like you have to dress up or act a certain way. We spend a lot of time cleaning and prepping, as that’s really the main part of the day. Kanke Road can get dusty with all the traffic, so we’re always wiping down the tables and the chairs. It’s a lot of work running a place like this, but we’re used to it by now. We just open the doors and see who comes in. There’s no corporate office or big management team, just us trying to make a living and serving the local crowd. We just keep doing what we do.
