Chanchal Stores

We have been here on Ratu Road for quite a while now. You can find us right across from the Sulabh Suvidha Kendra. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work and the buses are honking. Chanchal Stores is just a regular place where we keep the things people need daily. Sometimes the traffic gets very loud outside, but that is just how Ranchi is these days. We spend most of our day behind the counter, arranging stuff on the shelves and talking to the people who walk in. It’s not a big fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a shop with four walls and a lot of different items packed in. My family helps out too when it gets crowded. We know most of our neighbors by face, even if we don't always remember every name right away. Dealing with the suppliers takes up a lot of time, making sure we have what people ask for. The weather can get really hot here in the summer, so we just try to keep things moving. We don't have a website or anything big, just this physical shop here in the city. If you're passing by the Kendra, you'll see us. It’s a simple life running a store. We open up early and close when it gets dark. Nothing too complicated about it. We just focus on keeping the stock ready and the floors clean enough for everyone who steps in from the dusty road. It's a lot of standing, but we're used to it by now.
