Burke Products India is based out of Uma Bhawan on Itki Road in Ranchi. Specifically, we are in Sri Ram Nagar on Road Number 2, in the Hehal area. Vivek Kumar Jha is the one handling things here, along with Sri S.N. Jha. This isn't a massive factory or a corporate skyscraper, it’s more of a family-run setup operating right out of our own space. We have been in this part of Jharkhand for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. The office is part of the house, so there is always someone around if a delivery comes late or if a neighbor stops by to chat. We deal with various products and try to keep our local customers happy. It gets pretty busy on Itki Road with all the traffic, but once you turn into Sri Ram Nagar, it gets a bit quieter. We spend most of our time tracking orders and making sure everything is packed right. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that’s the nature of the business. We don’t have fancy slogans.
