Birsa Travel Agency

We run Birsa Travel Agency out of a small office in Kachnaar Toli. You can find us on Khunti Road here in Ranchi. It is a bit of a different vibe than the very center of town, but it still stays busy enough for us. We have been helping people with their travel plans for a long time now. People around Kachnaar Toli know us by name, which makes the work feel a bit more personal. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. It isn't always exciting, but we like the work. The office has maps on the walls and a few desks that have seen better days. We don't really care much for fancy furniture as long as the computers are working and the tea is hot. Khunti Road has changed quite a bit since we first started, more cars and more noise, but we stay put. We are in the 834001 area. Most of the time, it's just us figuring out the best ways for people to get where they need to go. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sell things people don't want. If someone asks for help, we tell them what we know. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We are just a local travel shop trying to do right by the folks who walk in.
